American Council for an Energy Efficient Economy (ACEEE)
The American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing energy efficiency as a means of promoting both economic prosperity and environmental protection.

American Wind Energy Association (AWEA)
The American Wind Energy Association (AWEA) promotes wind energy as a clean source of electricity for consumers around the world.

Energy and Environmental Building Association
The Energy & Environmental Building Association promotes the awareness, education and development of energy efficient, environmentally responsible buildings and communities. 2006 National Solar Tour
October 8
The National Solar Tour is held every October throughout the United States. Solar homeowners open their doors to visitors to demonstrate the renewable energy and conservation features of their homes. The tour highlights solar energy technologies that are working right now, in "real places for real people." Find a tour near you at www.nationalsolartour.org.
