Electric Avenue

Electric Avenue at SOLAR 2013 will feature “ride and drive” action in the latest electric vehicle (EV) technology.  Attendees will get to check out two Tesla Model Ss, a Volt and a LEAF.  And we may have some surprise guests show up at the last minute!  These vehicles are not the basic models.  Our owners are showing top of the line, with all the options.  For example, one of the Tesla Model S vehicles, which has a base price around $50,000 was purchased with super-options making a purchase price over $100,000.  Some people put their money where their mouth is.  And you can put your “seat” where the action is. Saturday, April 20, 9 – 4 PM, Baltimore Convention Center.

Vehicles present at the show: BUG-e 3 wheeled motorcycle, e-Porsche 1974 conversion, 3 wheeled student built vehicle, Vectrix e-motorcycle, Solar Prius PHEV conversion with solar trailer, E-Dragster, Volt, 2 Tesla’s , and a LEAF.

The Volt, 2 Tesla’s, and the LEAF will be outside for display in the Electric Avenue area, outside the Charles St Lobby of the Convention Center.
