We are seeking a well-organized, experienced mechanical and/or HVAC construction professional who would like to advance his/her solar career in a supervisory position managing the construction of Solar Thermal projects. This position requires time spent in an office and in the field. The position will begin managing projects in the Houston region and along the Texas gulf coast. The position will manage both residential and commercial solar hot water and solar pool heating projects. This is NOT an entry-level position. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This individual will also be responsible for UL/TUV/NEC regulatory compliance on solar module products. •Determine test protocols for internal environmental testing for design engineering changes.
•Develop, implement, document, and continuously improve Product Reliability Monitoring programs.

•Manage the collection of data from the field, in-house accelerated test programs, product characterization testing, post-deployment product testing, etc.

•Negotiation/coordination of work with contractors, test facilities, national labs, etc.
