Ceiling Height: 18 feet

Floor is NOT carpeted

Furnishings and accessories included in space rental price:

• 8´ back drape (back drape may be 3', depending on booth location)
• 3´ side drapes
• 6´ table
• 2 chairs
• Wastebasket
• 7" x 44" company name sign

Please note: all other furnishings, electricity, shipping, A/V equipment, etc. must be ordered from and paid for through the Exhibit Services company. Wireless Internet access will be available in the Exhibit Hall.

NOTE: To reserve Exhibit Space, you must

• contact the Exhibits Coordinator >>
• sign a space reservation agreement stipulating that you agree to abide by the SOLAR 2008 Exhibit Rules >>
• pay a 50% deposit at the time of signing the agreement.
• Please sign up by March 31 to ensure that your company listing is included in the Exhibit Guide distributed to all trade show visitors!

Exhibit Space will not be reserved until the deposit and space reservation agreement have been received. Booths will be assigned based on the date and time of such receipt, and not before.

ASES reserves the right to re-assign space at any time.
