Preparing Your SOLAR 2008
Poster and Presentation

• You will have an area that is 48” wide x 36” tall in which to hang your poster.
• You may make the poster into one large display, or you may make your display out of several smaller sheets. Please DO NOT just hang a copy of the paper on the board!
• You will be responsible for bringing your poster to the ASES conference and mounting it for display on standing pin-up boards. Mounting supplies will be available at the conference.
• You may hang your poster beginning at 10am on Sunday, May 4. The longer your poster is displayed, the more people will see it!
• The Preliminary Program will be posted in December. To find your session date and time:
  • go to the Technical Session Section of the Program >>
  • Click Ctrl + F, and type your last name. This will find your name in the Preliminary Program.
• Poster sessions will begin with each presenter being given 2 minutes to show one or two overhead slides and very briefly tell about their work. Once all of the presenters have given their presentations, the session will adjourn to the poster area, and you will be able to further discuss your work at your poster.
• Posters must be removed by 10:30am on Thursday, May 8. Any posters still hanging at this time will be discarded.
