Preparing Your Powerpoint Presentation for SOLAR 2008
All SOLAR 2008 speakers were chosen through a proposal/review process. These instructions are only for speakers who have received an official confirmation notice from the conference organizers.
The default presentation of visual materials at SOLAR 2008 will be Powerpoint presentations. When preparing your presentation, please keep the following in mind:
Most presentations are a maximum of 20 minutes long. When your abstract was accepted or you were invited to speak by your session organizer, you should have been given the expected length of your presentation. Because we have several hundred speakers and every one of them has worked as hard on their presentation as you have, session chairs will have strict instructions to keep speakers to their allotted times.
