Available to a Gigajoule Sponsor committed to the $25,000 level

Badgeholder sponsor’s corporate logo will be printed on lanyards used with the badgeholders given to all Conference participants at registration. The Badgeholder Sponsor will receive all the other benefits of the appropriate sponsorship level.
Conference Tote Bags Sponsor
Available to a Gigajoule Sponsor committed to the $25,000 level

Tote bag sponsor’s corporate logo will be printed in color on one side of canvas tote bags given to all Conference participants at registration. The Tote Bag Sponsor will receive all the other benefits of the appropriate sponsorship level.
Conference Water Bottles

Every time a conference attendee fills their water bottle, both during and after SOLAR 2008, they'll think of your company! The Water Bottle sponsor's logo will be printed on one side of the water bottle distributed to all conference registrants. Welcoming Reception Sponsor
Available to a Gigajoule Sponsor committed to the $25,000 level
The Welcoming Reception is the opening event of SOLAR 2008. It takes place on Sunday, May 4. Prominent acknowledgment will be given to the Welcoming Reception Sponsor, including table tents, cocktail napkins with your logo, literature distribution, the opportunity for a company representative to welcome attendees and other special arrangements negotiated to enhance your corporate visibility at the reception. The Welcoming Reception Sponsor will receive all the other benefits of the appropriate sponsorship level.
Awards Banquet Sponsor
Available to a Gigajoule Sponsor committed to the $25,000 level
The Conference Awards Banquet will honor winners of participating organization awards and will feature an entertaining speaker. The banquet will take place in the evening on Monday, May 5, 2008. Prominent acknowledgment will be given to the Banquet Sponsor, including table tents, dinner napkins with your logo, literature hand-outs and special arrangements negotiated to enhance your corporate visibility at the event. The Banquet Sponsor will receive all the other benefits of the appropriate sponsorship level.
Closing Luncheon Sponsor
Available to a Megajoule Sponsor committed to the $15,000 level

Attendees will have the opportunity to lunch together, see a presentation of the highlights of the Conference, and participate in a discussion of “where do we go from here?” The Closing Luncheon will take place on Thursday, May 8. Prominent acknowledgment will be given to the Closing Luncheon Sponsor, including table tents, luncheon napkins with your logo, literature distribution and other special arrangements negotiated to enhance your corporate visibility at the luncheon. The Closing Luncheon sponsor will receive all the other benefits of the appropriate sponsorship level.
Solar Café

The Solar Café will be located in the center of the Exhibit area. With comfortable chairs and tables, it will serve as a gathering point for Conference attendees. Coffee, soft drinks and a special treat each afternoon will be available at the Café. The Café Sponsor’s logo will be displayed on table tents and banners provided by the sponsor can be hung in the Café area. The Solar Café sponsor will receive all the other benefits of the appropriate sponsorship level.
Hotel Key Cards
Available to a Kilojoule Sponsor committed to the $10,000 level
Every time a conference attendee opens their hotel room door, they'll think of your company! The Key Card sponsor's full color logo will be printed on one side of the hotel room key cards. The Key Card Sponsor will receive all the other benefits of the appropriate sponsorship level.
