Space Solar Power!

The National Space Society released this video, created by Mafic Studios, Inc., to show the potential of harnessing solar power right out in space and then beaming the energy down to the earth so it can connect to the grid. With the multitude of energy challenges our country is currently facing, this seems like a great solution to these challenges since solar power is constantly generated in space. Hopefully with more R & D, this technology will become reality.
