• Any member of ASES who has been a member for at least ten consecutive years and has served with distinction in the advancement of solar energy utilization by way of research, education, public service, and/or service to ASES, is eligible for nomination to the grade of Fellow of ASES.
• An eligible member may be nominated by any three members of ASES in good standing, one of which is a Fellow. Documentation that gives evidence of service with distinction is required. In addition, each of the nominators shall provide a one-page letter of support. Since one of the three (minimum) nominators for elevation of a member to Fellow grade must be an existing Fellow, you need to contact a Fellow member to second a nomination. • Each nomination will be screened by the Fellows Screening Committee, who shall recommend potential Fellows to the Board for final approval. Nominations are due to ASES Headquarters by February 8, 2013. Fellows awards will be presented during the SOLAR 2013 conference, April 16 – 20 in Baltimore, Maryland.
