Tour Description: The
Northern Nevada Solar Tour will be held on Saturday,
October 14, 2006. This tour will provide you with the
opportunity to see how your neighbors in the Northwest
Reno and Verdi area are using solar power to meet their
energy needs while reducing their energy costs.
Tour in conjunction with the Northern Nevada Energy Week.
Tour Fee: Tickets can
be purchased for $10 at the Smart Living Expo on October
7, 2006 (see
www.SmartLivingExpo.org) or for $15 at the tour
kick-off event at 9:00 AM at Traner Middle School on October 14th.
How to Take this Tour:
Participants
must come to the kick-off event at
9:00 AM to pick up their tour
map.
