Drop ship arranged?

ASES offers to drop ship the official National Solar Tour handout direct from our SOLAR TODAY magazine printer to your distribution sites, saving both you and ASES time and expense.

To arrange this drop ship to separate distribution sites, organizers must send the expected attendance number and UPS shipping address for each distribution site by e-mail to Mike DiGrazia at tour@ases.org before August 1. If there is only one distribution site, if you have not pre-arranged drop-shipment, and you complete this registration by Aug. 1, click "NO" below and we will send the handouts to the address you provide below. Drop-ship mailing is expected to leave the printer on Aug. 22.

After Aug. 1, if no drop-ship was arranged, ASES will package and send the official Tour handout from the ASES office to the address you provide below.

After the official tour date, the first Saturday of October, ASES will send an e-mail message with a web link to an on-line survey for tour organizers to report tour results and recommend improvements for the next year.
